What is this directory, and what are the caveats?
The data. Every institutional manager with more than $100M of US equity must file SEC Form 13F each quarter. For each filer we show the reported long-US-equity value (AUM), how many S&P 500 names it holds, how concentrated the top 10 are, and the top three sector bets as a share of the reported value. Open any row to see the full quarter-over-quarter picture: adds, trims, new positions and exits.
The caveats. 13F filings arrive up to 45 days after quarter-end; they cover long US equities and options only — no shorts, no cash, no non-US securities. Sector shares describe the largest positions (the top-20 book); the remainder of the reported value sits in smaller names not broken out here. Everything is as reported by the filer.
