1. The service
QuantOrb.pro is a research and screening tool. It publishes technical rotation signals computed from the daily price and volume of S&P 500 constituents and sector/index ETFs, together with SEC 13F institutional-holdings data. The service is provided free of charge for informational purposes.
2. Not investment advice
All signals, scores, ranks, charts and lists on QuantOrb areinformational only and arenot investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any security. They are not dollar capital flows and do not represent institutional money movement. See the fullDisclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
3. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Data may be delayed, incomplete or erroneous, and signals are recomputed on every run.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantOrb.pro and KFChow AI Lab disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, its data, or any decisions made in reliance on it.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the service for personal, non-commercial research. You agree not to scrape at volumes that degrade the service, not to resell or rebrand its data or pages as your own, and not to attempt to breach or circumvent its security. Bulk access for legitimate research: contact us first.
6. Intellectual property
The QuantOrb name, page design and code are the property of QuantOrb.pro / KFChow AI Lab. All third-party trademarks (including SPDR and other ETF names, and company names appearing in SEC filings) belong to their respective owners. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and remains subject to their terms.
7. Newsletter
The free daily dispatch is delivered via our self-hosted newsletter system. By subscribing you agree to receive it at the address you provide; you may unsubscribe at any time with a single reply to any mailing. See thePrivacy Policy for what we store.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
